We understand that sometimes things do not go as planned, and we are committed to treating our customers fairly.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept return requests for eligible products within 14 days of delivery, provided the products are:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original packaging
- In resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Customers must contact us before sending any products back for return authorization. For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, opened or used cleaning and fragrance products cannot be returned for a change of mind.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for standard returns:
- Opened or partially used cleaning products
- Opened room and linen sprays
- Opened diffuser oils and car air fresheners
- Opened laundry detergents and scent enhancers
- Opened refill products
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Clearance or final-sale merchandise
These restrictions do not limit applicable rights concerning defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We carefully inspect and package each order, but occasionally problems can occur. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, leaking, broken, or incorrect, please contact thenaturalsparkle@outlook.com, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs when possible. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost for verified issues.
Refund Processing
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, generally within 5-10 business days after approval. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns due to a change of mind or personal preference:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
- Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- Returned products must be packaged securely to prevent damage.
If a product was sent incorrectly or arrives damaged or defective, The Natural Sparkle will cover reasonable shipping costs when a return is necessary.
Fragrance & Scent Preferences
Our cleaning and home fragrance products are handcrafted in small batches, and natural variations in fragrance intensity or appearance may occur. Because scent preferences differ from person to person, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned solely because a customer dislikes the scent. We encourage customers to review product descriptions before purchasing.
Order Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation before their order has shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order. If your order has already shipped, the standard return policy will apply. Orders that we are unable to fulfill will be refunded in full.
Bulk & Wholesale Purchases
Bulk, wholesale, and custom inventory purchases are considered final sale unless the merchandise is defective, damaged, or incorrect, or a return is otherwise required by applicable law. Any special terms, including shipping arrangements, will be disclosed and agreed upon before purchase.
Lost Shipments
If your order appears to be lost during transit, please contact us. We will assist with investigating the shipment through the carrier and work toward an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund when warranted.
